Welcome to the home site for the LSE SU Grimshaw International Relations Club! We are a student-run society affiliated to the LSE International Relations Department. Established in 1923, we are also the oldest student society of the School. Grimshaw welcomes all students interested in international affairs while also providing an important social forum for student and professors of the Department to interact in. We frequently host speakers and panel discussions and aim to stimulate debate on a wide range of subjects relating to international relations. Grimshaw is also one of the few LSE student societies to organise study trips: we send ‘student delegations’ to meet with politicians, diplomats and civil society leaders in countries with interesting and important political situations.

If you would like to become a member of The Grimshaw Club and get our regular notifications of events, trips, etc., you can join us online via the LSE Student Union here. For those interested, you can also learn about the Grimshaw Committee or reach out to the current members for more details. Check out the pages above to learn about our upcoming events, or by following us on Twitter and liking us on Facebook.
